smd: It still might take only 4 rollovers to get to $5 million in the current MI game. Your idea would not make $50 for three numbers realistic. Maybe PA could try a 6/51 WINFALL with a $7 million cap.

Well since PA is much larger than MI and with a bigger lottery following (or so it seems) if we do get WINFALL I hope they alter the rules so that once you get to a WINFALL it stays there until it is hit. It seems like MI players don't care for the jackpot going back down to $2 Mil even after no one hits (as evident by the jackpot only increasing to $2.1 Million).

smd: Keno is a MUCH DIFFERENT type of game than lotto. I'm sure PA would replace Super-6 with another jackpot game (WINFALL is considered a jackpot game, even with its $5 million cap).

CASH,I think the PA liquor ban being lifted on Sunday's was in the works before Rendell took office.I think next up for PA is slots at the tracks. And then Keno. Hopefully they won't just replace Super 6 with Keno. That would be ashame.So far it seems like the midday drawings of the Daily Number and Big 4 are doing pretty good.

Was that one of Rendell's promises? NY gov Pataki wants liquor stores to be able to open Sundays as well. Still waiting for more PA Lottery changes

VDude,You'll be happy to know that I won $8 on my one PB quick pick tonight (Power Play on). Too bad the multiplier was only 2, so I only doubled my winnings from $4 to $8. But $6 profit ain't bad
