I think zippers..................I had 175 staples. Actually lower than my crotch; down both legs about 3 inches into the thighs........lol....kinda hurt.Those nurses in the hospital have no mercy. I was outta bed walking around the next day.But it was worth it; I have a new life.Like I told you before my feet are so warm now, I feel soooooooo warm....lol.

I received an email from her today. She is doing just fine. She has be working on getting her health back together. Sandy has not been working on the numbers.

Hi Paulette,Thanks for inquiring. I am doing fine. I've been really busy lately as I have a lot of work to do building strength. At one point in time at the start of my illness, I lost 100 lbs. and from that point on it sapped my energy. I am exactly where I want to be weight wise now, I just need to build some muscle. I do an hour and a half of exercising a day now alternating between aerobics and weights. The doctor will only let me lift 5 lbs. so I am not building any great muscle........ [ More ]
