			<description><![CDATA[<p>The trustee would have to follow the guidelines you(The Grantor)set up in the trust. Just have a well known bank act as your trustee. The reason most people don&#x27;t go this route is at first they like the fame, and it takes a while to set the trust up. (3 or 4 weeks) People want their money NOW</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am really glad to see last couple of weeks people winning Jackpots both in Megamillions and Powerball. I would like to see frequent Jackpot winners in the range 15-20 millions rather than 150 million winner every 3+ months. I hope this trend continues. Even if I don&#x27;t win (though I don&#x27;t mind wining once), this would be good for lottery players. MORE WINNERS.. What difference does it make whether you win 15 mil or 100 mil.
