			<description><![CDATA[<p>Friends,I would like to get an idea of how many people would participate in Pick-3 and Pick-4 Weekly Challenges.Users must submit eight Pick-3 and sixteen Pick-4 numbers for each weekly challenge.Winning credit is calculated at 1/2 the odds rounded up to the nearest dollar.Payouts are credited for all legitemate combinations regardless of whether the state pays out for them or not.States used in these challenges must have at least one 3-Digit and one 4-Digit Game.
