This guy/gal might be dead. Otherwise they are the biggest losers ever to set their foot on this earth. How can someone buy a ticket and not check 50 million jackpot when they know that winning ticket was sold in the store they bought.

secret: The 9/14/2002 drawing was under the OLD rules. AFAIK the unclaimed jackpot money (if not claimed by Thursday) would be MUSL's to pay out in future draws.

If the Hoosier PB winner doesn't come forward within 3 days, all that money goes to the PB state lotteries for future drawings.
