			<description><![CDATA[<p>JustOnce: I also want to say that NY was  supposed  to join Powerball; NY may have had a say in the game change from BG to MM. It&#x27;s very possible that NY wasn&#x27;t able to join Powerball because MUSL game rules require the lottery to allow the cash/annuity choice AFTER the player wins, while NY does not use the  60-day  rule.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>JustOnce: Georgia tried to do just that in 1996. GA was a MUSL member when the plans for Big Game were announced. GA wanted to offer both games simultaneously for about four months. They were booted almost immediately from MUSL after sales of Big Game started. I don&#x27;t think there&#x27;s a  need  for a lottery to try to offer both MM and Powerball at the same time. NOTE: California is now a MUSL member even though they have no plans to sell Powerball.
