As long as you choose ANNUITY, they'd fily you anywhere. But if you take the cash option, you'd WALK. Personally, you wated forty six cents.

Even though I live in NY, yesterday I found two discarded scratch tickets ( Vegas Jackpot ?) that had the TV symbol. I put a 23c stamp on each and mailed them (the Connecticut version allows multiple entries in one envelope).If I were selected as the SC on air player, would the SC Lottery make me fly to the Carolinas and then to Las Vegas, or, would the SC Lottery let me fly from NY/Newark to Vegas?In 2001, I won $200 as an at-home player with the help of a Connecticut contestant.
