			<description><![CDATA[<p>Both games (mega millions and powerball) have a thing in their rules that if they get some kind of payout like that...the prizes become pari-mutual.  I think for mega millions if the payout is 300% or higher of the money took in then they will use that rule.  Hasn&#x27;t happened yet....don&#x27;t think it will.Brad</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wonder what the largest payout they could handle would be? Suppose something odd happened and 10,000 people matched 5 of 6 and had the powerplay option on the Powerball. I doubt they would have that kind of loot sitting around, or do they carry insurance for that? Probably not, I bet the plan would be to declare bankruptcy. Okay, I&#x27;ve gone off the deep end again.</p>]]></description>
