			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottoscorp:I don&#x27;t think it&#x27;s  grant .You probably would have to notify your state assembly/state senate member. They probably have  more important  legislation to consider.The best possible thing I can think of is a boycott that would start as soon as there is news of a jackpot hit (hopefully Thursday morning.) You can&#x27;t expect people to stop playing until the prize is at the minimum level ($3 million or less).</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Cash,I don&#x27;t know the exact voting structure in New York as I&#x27;m new to it all but I suspect a Grant that would support a petittion/survey of say 1% of New York&#x27;s the population would get that bill passed and I believe you would have enough signatures to move the New York legislature in the right direct and I would follow up with media coverage as well.You also might want to expand that over the net to other towns like Buffalo,Syracuse and Albany as well.lottoscorp</p>]]></description>
