If she is required to send money to get her winnings than it is a scam similar to many that have be well published in the news papers around the country.RJOh

A friend of mine played some scratch and won a entry for a lotto,out of Spain, she did this last December.She recieved a notice saying that she has won 375,810.00 and she is to contact Allianc Security Company to arrange handling and payment procedures.The lotto is fromIntl. lotto CommisionMadrid SpainDoes anyone know anything about this group, is it possibily legit ?Any information would be greatly appreciated.thanks
