Shady,I think I see already what you mean. Someone mentioned it to me earlier. It seems that the other version of roots or root sums is createdsum 784 = 7+8+4= 19 and then just take the first digit (1) away and all that is left is the 9.I just checked the distribution of the numbers and I like it because it gives every root sum exactly 100 sets:Root 0 1001 1002 1003 1004 1005 1006 1007 1008 1009 100My question to everyone is: How common is this version?If many people use it, it would be farily e... Certainly, ShadyLady and thanks for the question.At least here I know more about it. The root calculation is using the same base as standard sum chart that you can find here:http://www.lotto-logix.com/txthouse/pick3sums.htmlRoots are another way of combining numbers together. While sums contain different numbers of sets (e. g. there 3 sets with the sum 1 but there are 75 sets with the sum 13 and 36 with the sum 20), roots (ot this version of the roots) have all the same number of sets included...
