			<description><![CDATA[<p>Originally posted Jan. 25, 2003.Hi everyone, I&#x27;m going to write about a method that I have been using for some time now. Basicially your taking hot digits and pairing them with cold digits. Here&#x27;s how I go about. First I get my states last 14 draws, and then count up how many times each digit hit. I take the two hottest and two coldest and pair them together and play them for the upcoming week. For example last weeks in NY hot digits were 9   3, cold were 1   4.
