			<description><![CDATA[<p>smd:Super-6 certainly could have been $1 per play with 58 or 59 balls, whichever 6/x matrix would have been the first with odds higher than the current game (6/69; 3 plays/$1.)KJ had TWO major flaws: 1) the game was always ANNUITY-ONLY, even though cash options were available in most games by the time KJ ended; 2) KJ was a 6+1 game. PA was the only state that relied on the pick-7 idea for such a long time (remember Super-7?)WC Lotto was PA&#x27;s better game after its cash option began.
