Whether or not DC ever offers Hot Lotto, IMO Major League Baseball ought to move the Montreal Expos to the nation's capital for 2004, playing in RFK Stadium, with a new ballpark planned in DC.

Greg:Most US keno games are drawn every few minutes at least 13 hours per day.The exceptions are:NY Pick 10 (nightly), still played despite Quick Draw kenoMichigan Keno (22 numbers drawn)Wash. state Keno (WA does not allow ANY game to be drawn more than once/day.

I could be wrong but I think DC introduced the Pick 10 Keno game because it offers almost immediate rewards if you play skillfully and have lady luck on your side. I would prefer to play each evening and don't favor the every 4 minutes game.
