			<description><![CDATA[<p>What does anyone think about Texas joining Powerball?  The Texas Legislature voted to approve joining the game Saturday night.  Any thoughts?  Any tips?  I know the stores on the New Mexico border will lose business and Sooners will be giving more of their hard-earned dollars to Texans.
