Trust me Sandy, the black vert is the way to go! (In Vette lingo, it's a triple-black, or black/black/black - exterior, interior (leather), and top). After yesterday's Zaino job, the shine is a mile deep.I agree with Visiondude - red is far more appealing on the older vettes.

Visiondude...............no,no,no...........Red is the only Corvette color to have...............just as yellow is the only Mustang color.............My husband just bought me a new car for my birthday...............it is Orange Fusion color....I guess I like bright sports cars...........lol......

Hi Sandy,Thank you for the nice wish! I want to wish all the forum Fathers a Happy Father's Day...I had a great Father's Day today starting with a brunch at a Restaurant called Triple Crown. The Restaurant is noted for it's theme as the owner had horses that competed in the Kentucky Derby and others. Sandy,Good comments about your Dad and thanks for starting this thread. It made me think about my Dad too. In fact after all my number crunching today I kept coming up with 905 for IL. Then I realized his birthday was May 9th (509), so it's a must play for me. Visiondude, I had to take the duct tape off my sons a few years ago when they started getting bigger than me. Now I'm the one wrapped in duct tape...lol

Of course I know what you mean, Rick.............yes to all the single moms out there also........I miss my dad; he taught me so much about life. I never knew that when I was growing up. I was rebellious. Thank God my husband came along and it was then I grew up. I wish I would have listened more to my dad; I regret that the most.
