You just type a regular word document...put your results in a format like the one above...save it as a document template.. It is best to put it in a folder ...name the folder something 1..(the reason for this is everytime you update your chart, you can change the number and it will save). Once your calendar is made, you use the find command...(hold down the control key and hit the f key at the same time and a box will open up.....put whatever number you are looking for in the box and it will... [ More ]

Littleoldlady,Most people who have Word on their PC also have a spreadsheet like Excel. If you create your chart in a spreadsheet, you can also do more advanced features (other than find ), like sums, odds/evens, averages, sorting, etc. It will take some learning about how to use a spreadsheet program, but I think you'll find it is time well spent.

This I must share:I made a calendar in Microsoft word..just a paper document template. I only have the P3 stats for 2 or 3 years. I saved it to the desktop in a folder. I open it up and then I hold down the control+F keys and it opens up the find feature box. I then type in the box the number I am looking for to see what follows it. It makes it very easy to find those numbers. If I had done that last night, I would have seen that 589 followed 060 previously. It can also give you ideas... [ More ]
