			<description><![CDATA[<p>IMO Gail Howard&#x27;s wheels aren&#x27;t as good as Lottery Directors. LD has filtering options you can do yourself. GH doesn&#x27;t, both offer *guarantees* but I always feel that I&#x27;m trading off a possible win to get the LOWER prize *guaranteed*.  Comparing GH   LD wheels, LD is a strong step above.   they&#x27;re free! You can also try Peters wheels, Jade wheels, Cover Master, or just read RGL newsgroup, they&#x27;re always redefining the wheel.</p>]]></description>
