			<description><![CDATA[<p>zagor60,Thanks for posting, very interesting.  I am especially glad to see a government lottery posting information dispelling Myth #1.  I am so tired of seeing special interest groups putting stories out in the press about lotteries hurting lower income folks.  The N.M. Lottery stated the facts correctly: everyone loves to play!It is a topic about which I have some passionate opinions, and I even posted a story about it at BigGameLottery.com last year.
