It didn't say but I may have it in my clippings somewhere. That was a better game. The one we play now is lousy. I used to be able to hit four numbers easy. Now I'm lucky if I get 2 plus the mega number. I'l see if I can get any more info on it.

Yes, that is good. I've done that on a really strong hunch. Not that many plays. But, I'll play the same number on a separate ticket. Anything, over $599 you have to file a claim form and pay taxes. So, if I won twice(such as on Daily 3) I still get all the money without paying taxes on it.

Buy ten tickets with the same number sets, that way, if you win, you know you are going to get a huge share of the jackpot.

You are right. reread it. Jackpot was $18.68mil. 56 winners received 1/3 of 56 mil. Thanks. That is a real bummer. Imagine knowing you won and having to share it with that many people. But would you complain

the maximum number of winners to date for powerball jackpots since going 5/53 + 1/42 is 2, it happened twice, the other 4 hit jackpots were single winners

Are you sure that was 56 winners at $18.68 million? that would be 56 winners x $18,600,000 = $1,041,600,000.

I also think it will be hit tonight. The # of winners who matched just the powerball has exceeded 500,000 for 3 draws in a row, and the total # of lower tier prize winners has exceeded 1,000,000 for 3 draws in a row... just like it did before the $315M record Jackpot.

I read that lottery officials predict that 54% of the possible number combinations will be used tonight. There is a good chance for a rollover.

For those of you not familiar with the Match 5 bonus...Powerball caps the drawing from rolling over at $25 Million increments once it has exceed the previous record Powerball Jackpot (in this case roughly $315 Million). Once the $25 Million cap is reach the extra money from ticket sales is rolled into a Match 5 bonus . Which means those people who match 5 white balls and no PB share the Match 5 bonus pool.
