John:The minimum for CT 6/44 is $1 million; lately it's been rolling by 100k-200k per draw. I suppose CT doesn't want to lose money. I would raise it by 100k per rollover until sales allow bigger jumps.I recommend CT 6/44 over the NY game by a mile.

smd:CT 6/44 starts at $1 million (same as HL) and now seems to increase 200k when next draw is Friday; 100k for Tuesday. It was up to nearly $30 million 1/1/1992 after _9_1/2_MONTHS_ of rolls!I don't think CT could support both games. While I like CT 6/44, it won't bother me if they switched to HL.

Connecticut gets little attention in the JACKPOT GAMES forum, probably because CT has not produced a PB jackpot winner since June 1997.Between the NY and CT jackpot games, Connecticut Classic Lotto (same name as in MD) 6/44 is my favorite. Yet, I wouldn't mind if CT were to replace it with Hot Lotto .
