			<description><![CDATA[<p>I doubt I&#x27;d play that strategy long term (it&#x27;s just that rollovers are a rarity) for real, but it would be fun to fine tune a wheel like that on paper and check it against past history (who knows, if it can be tweaked enough.... The powerball&#x27;s 53#s could be repeated almost 4x in 42 lines while catching the powerball for sure...</p>]]></description>

I already have data from 1992 thru now, just wondering if the matrix has always been 5/39 or if it has ever been different... and if so, when did it become 5/39?I like the odds better than the 6/69 matrix of  super  6, and I live about 40 miles from a guy in PA who hit the cash 5 at least 4 times already...</p>]]></description>
