PB/Hot Lotto question

As I live in NY, I don't get to see Hot Lotto drawings (or even PB) on TV. I however would like to ask anyone who is able to watch BOTH drawings, which game is drawn first, and whether PB/ Hot Lotto are drawn back-to-back (both games are played in Iowa, MUSL's home state.)I've also suggested that Hot Lotto should add a number on the top, and lengthen the annuity to 30 payments (when North Dakota joins the game next year.)
