			<description><![CDATA[<p>As I live in NY, I don&#x27;t get to see Hot Lotto drawings (or even PB) on TV. I however would like to ask anyone who is able to watch BOTH drawings, which game is drawn first, and whether PB/      Hot Lotto are drawn back-to-back (both games are played in Iowa, MUSL&#x27;s home state.)I&#x27;ve also suggested that Hot Lotto should add a number on the top, and lengthen the annuity to 30 payments (when North Dakota joins the game next year.)
