			<description><![CDATA[<p>My favorite lottery program is the one I wrote myself using GWBasic because it works the way I want it to work.  When I have a new idea, I can add or rewrite a routine to work the way I want to work.  Win or lose, the results are in my control.  Commerical software, I like LottoPro. It has all the basic routines, good graphics and is constantly updated as lotteries change or new ones come on line.
