			<description><![CDATA[<p>Apparently Missouri Lotto (6/44) winners have a  third  choice: taking half of their prize in cash, with the other half going directly into an annuity.I don&#x27;t see a problem with it, because it gives winners an additional choice, while preserving the  true  cash option. However, I&#x27;d still like to see MO replace its 6/44 with  Hot Lotto , with HL allowing the additional payment option.</p>]]></description>
