			<description><![CDATA[<p>46 rollovers? wow!cash5 is lucky to get any more than 4 rollovers... and stupid 6 hasn&#x27;t been hit since PA got the Powerball... (lack of interest I guess, even tho the JP is over $50,000,000... Since we already have PB here, maybe Hot Lotto would be the ticket to replace the stupid 6. People who don&#x27;t keep up with the different lotteries and don&#x27;t play very often hear the story, get lotto fever and decide to buy some lottery tickets, any lottery tickets.
