Mr. Z's system (for the 3 digit game) will give you hits (mostly boxed in my experience) as long as you are persistent and patient. It took me a while to fully understand the way he goes about picking the numbers to play, but once you get the full understanding of what is being presented, you can win regularly. I used his methodology when I lived in New Jersey and did quite well (1 to 4 boxed hits a week) with it. I usually played $10 a day. Since New Jersey was (and still is) a pari-mutual stat...
