			<description><![CDATA[<p>Very good investment but her wheels I never use the only ones that are worthwhile in my opinion are the Power Number Wheels but you have to develop a method for choosing your 1,2 or 3 Power Numbers.I have one that I&#x27;m working on for the Pick-5 with 3 Power Numbers you can wheel 10-12 numbers with 21-36 combo&#x27;s for a 5 of 5 hit.</p>]]></description>

This is a binomial distribution, and many programs (including Microsoft Excel) can do that.  The problem with that, is that it gets quite expensive rather quickly.  In your example with 5 numbers, playing 5 numbers would be $1, playing 6 numbers would be $6, playing 7 numbers would be $21, playing 8 numbers $56, 9 = $126.
