We would just have a little more confidence if it came from someone that had spent some time and effort, and actually worked at this.&#x3c;Who said I never worked at this? I went through all this with the flordia lottery back in the 80&#x27;s. I even used a 8086 computer programing in Basic. The wheeling system I bought was a paper wheel. Computers are faster now and the wheeling systems are programs, but the theories are the same. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have read that a lot of people missed some numbers of a lottery draw by 1, or at most a few numbers off. What does that really represent? Are you close? The numbers represent which ball comes up. Let&#x27;s say you picked 12 as the first ball in the powerball lottery. That means an entirely different ball came up. You missed the ball completely. Was the 12 ball almost in the shute but the 11 knocked it out of the way? Hard to tell. Is the 12 ball really closer than the 34 ball? Closer to what?
