I think your definition is fine.Before you posted this, my previous lottery definition of Announcer was the guy who gets paid to show up on TV for 1 minute and read the numbers on ping pong balls.

There are others much more qualified to provide a definition for this...Announcer Numbers: Numbers that are drawn that tend to indicate another number will be drawn in the near future (not necessarily the NEXT draw)As an example: the number 3 is drawn in a particular lottery, given the draw history, the number 25 follows the 3 in the next draw 38 times out of the 67 times the 3 was drawn. --or-- the number 17 is drawn, in 40 out of 75 times, the number 48 follows within the next 3 draws...this c...
