For Lotto work I rely on Quickbasic for the front end and use Assembler where speed is required.Does the job quite nicely.

I would like to try to learn some programming but I find it very intimidating..I tried to take a course at our college and I was so lost..I never got a hold on any of it. We were doing stuff in C++. Lately, I spend many hours surfing the net looking for applications that will make programming easier to learn.or easier to do...No such luck yet.

I'm an intermediate, bordering on advanced programmer. I use VB 6.0 Professional.Began programming years ago (circa. 1990) with BASICA, remember that one? My very first app was a multiple choice test for navy radiomen to learn publication content for their E-3 to E-4 rate exam. Been using VB 6.0 for a year and a half now. Lotterypost member Andrew already has an open-source project going called WinHunter... it is written in VB6 and is covered under the GNU's GPL (open source rocks) but most activity for it happens at another forum...would be nice to have a similar project going for the LotteryPost members...

I have experience and have worked in various environments. I am multi-lingual. My knowledge is in C++, Java, VB, Pascal, Assembly Language, Prolog, and Lisp. If you ARE a programmer of any level of skill, please list the language(s) you are working with... I'm a novice(bordering on intermediate) with Visual Basic, but have access to the full range of languages in Visual Studio 6 and .NET, also some VB macro programming in Excel.how about you
