			<description><![CDATA[<p>I updated everybody with the new file and Tutorial.This information was taken from the Virginia Midday Pick 3 for Saturday September 27th.Please read the Tutorial line by line.Print out the bottom entry and see if you can fill in the chart.The chart for  Ball #  and  Any Position  chart may seem confusing.These are number of days since that number has hit.The  Any Number  is numbers 0 through 9 and how many days since hit in position 1 - 2 - 3.If you have any questions email or PM.Good Luck!! 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I will be emailing an updated file.When crunching numbers I made a mistake on Delaware&#x27;s 3rd Position.The new files will correct the mistake.I added an additional chart under each night&#x27;s selection.This chart gives you by Position 1 - 2 - 3 and rows 1 through 10 how many days out these digits are.On the right side of  this chart is by number and what numbers are furthest out.
