Willsell,Why would a programmer give a copy of his program to anyone except close friends and relatives whom he trust. Their word is just as good as anybody. If no one won anything, it would do more harm than good to his future sales. I notice you advertise in your signature, have you ever given out free samples to anyone at this forum? i agree with you on playing combinations until the jackpot is won (could be multiple drawings) and that every combination could be drawn. i think that excluding previously drawn numbers would be a mistake unless you have more than 3 of them. i often see 1-2 numbers repeat occationally in both megamillions and powerball.

The way I look at it is, everyone has their own strategy or way of playing. Some people play the same combinations (such as birthdays or anniversaries) or some people play quick picks. But I looked at the powerball website a while back before they revamped it, and the Frequently Asked Questions section said that the MUSL does everything they can to make sure that the game is random. I haven't been able to delivere the 90% guarantee consistently. Problem is a combination of computing power and lotto draw results getting jammed somehow.
