			<description><![CDATA[<p>i would say that ignoring the history of a lottery would be unwise. you can see numbers that are due to come up and sure enough in a few drawings they do. i doubt you can predict whats going to come up for a particular drawing but past drawings can be helpful. i dont wheel myself but i try to avoid combinations of numbers that have come up recently.</p>]]></description>
