Numbersman, Bluefield West Virginia rings a bell for me and I can't quite remember why. I seem to remember reading about that town in some press release. Could that be the place that sold a winning Powerball Ticket back in late May or possibly sometime in April? I think the recipient was named Parnell and the prize was something just over $60m. Maybe I'm mistaken, I'll have to go back over to the MUSL website sometime and see if I can refresh my memory. Bluefield wasn't Whittaker, was it... [ More ]
