Numbersman, Bluefield West Virginia rings a bell for me and I can't quite remember why. I seem to remember reading about that town in some press release. Could that be the place that sold a winning Powerball Ticket back in late May or possibly sometime in April? I think the recipient was named Parnell and the prize was something just over $60m. In relation to your story, here in NC we have no lottery, I went to Pageland SC and bought a ticket. Also I went to Bluefield West Virginia and purchase some more, that's lotto fever for you.
