			<description><![CDATA[<p>change the text to the drawing you are working for your state.Some states only have eve draws so work the samples accordinglyThe middle digit is one chosen that you feel will be the one chosen for that draw.The 0-1-2 are my primary key digits for the center square but I also said at the bottom that it is optional on your part. Meaning that you can choose any digit from 0-9 that you like.The center square digit will be seen in most all of your patterns that you choose.</p>]]></description>
