			<description><![CDATA[<p>It is like a depth chart of sorts.I back tested Pennsylvania and found that a majority of Pairs were drawn from rows that had doubles.I don&#x27;t know if this is true with Florida.  You just have to chart each drawing to see how the numbers are hitting.If you also look at the Any#/ Day&#x27;s Out chart it occurs in Pennsylvania many times that 1 digit is picked from each grouping.Read the tutorial. I have been tracking combinations day by day from August to the Present.
