			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lotto Pro 2003, probably soon to be updated to LP 2004, has a  Number Statistics Chart/Graph  which can be set from one draw all the way to every draw for the game to give a look at how many times each number has hit during the time you set it for.  That one is helpful because it has a color graph. Also I use their filter  Search Previous Drawings  where any combination of numbers can be input to take a look at how they performed with other numbers in past draws. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>All those filters are valid, but only for removing the most extreme.  If you remove 10% filters like 5odd/1even then ten such filters will contain at least one that comes in every draw making winning impossible.  The best filter is no numbers from the previous draw.  In a 6/49 type game it is the correct choice most often and sweeps about 8 million combinations off the table for jackpot :-) and half the lower prize possibilities too. :-(BobP</p>]]></description>
