Brad:AFAIK the prize return is 55%; few lotto games pay winners that much. The alternative would be to pay less on the lower tiers, putting a higher % into the jackpot level.

It does stink how long it takes for the game to reach the cap. But it is a good game. This game I dont think is supposed to be a jackpot game. Thats why they capped it off and made it roll down at $5 million. I mean 1 in 1000 odds to win around $1000 is my type of game. You can still win something that is somewhat a lot of money. Mega Million..sure it would be better to win $30 million but the odds are almost 5 times harder then the jackpot amount. Michigan should find a way to get this... [ More ]

I dont play windfall very much, I prefer the big Jackpots such as Mega Millions. Also, since Windfall is only in Michigan, youd think that there will be more Jackpot millionaires. Not so, I think since the game had started this time in Michigan, there had only been 2 Jackpot winners. Another thing that I hate about this game, it takes forever for the game to get big. It only goes up around $100,000 each time no one wins. Not to mention, the odds are less than Mega Millions. Windfall is played
