			<description><![CDATA[<p>As many of you know since I started posting in January with the 12 it is rare that I post for any particular state.  Every now and than I try my hand.  Since the year is almost coming to an end I have to make a decision for 2004.  If I will post again with a 12 or let them die.  They have more than proven a point, whether another number comes from that list or not.  Even though I say that, I am still quite confident that they will continue to be excellent picks until the end of the year.
