Pennyslvania Picks 10/26/03--11/03/03

As many of you know since I started posting in January with the 12 it is rare that I post for any particular state. Every now and than I try my hand. Since the year is almost coming to an end I have to make a decision for 2004. If I will post again with a 12 or let them die. They have more than proven a point, whether another number comes from that list or not.
