			<description><![CDATA[<p>When I tried keeping up with ballsets used it was my understanding that GA phased out a ballset every so often, replacing it with a new one.  However, if you have access to any of the old  Lotto World  magazines they have some articles mentioning players following numbers each ballset threw, hoping to determine a probable trend next time that set was use.  They also have said that numbers have a mind of their own which explains why many Lottery Post members are able to formulate systems to show</p>]]></description>
