			<description><![CDATA[<p>A friend of mine made and electric box with three wheels 1 through 0 you push a button and the wheels spin on any given day you could push the button one time play the number and it would hit people coming into there place to play the lottery got a kick out of it.So I would say a number that hits in more than one place is purely coincidental. Just like that wheel more numbers failed to hit than people who pushed the button played. Then you have a 25% chance of the same number being drawn the next day.Then you need to consider box numbers that are drawn more frequently than others. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>You know I have taken a hard look at how numbers seem to travel from state to state. Do numbers really travel or is it just a matter of timing? I feel that it is purely a matter of timing. If the balls used are ping pong balls swirling in a machine.
