			<description><![CDATA[<p>the number 27 is conspicuous in it&#x27;s absence as the powerball, always has been (under the current matrix) only now we are approaching draw# 126 (Sat. Dec 20th) which marks when all 42 powerballs could have been drawn 3x each. It may be (and most likely IS) nothing notable, but I am going to add another ticket to my quickpick for the next 5 or 6 draws with a 27 as PB.good luck</p>]]></description>
