If I want mysteries, I'll watch Scooby-Doo re-runs...I have the decades and now an LD chart, I will see about combining them for another ticket on PB for later tonight... I have yet to figure out a proper protocol for back-testing, but a simple back test using the excel FORECAST function yielded better results than the MODE system did, albeit no JP, 5+0 or 4+0 hits...at least, thanks for inspiring the idea of using LD's... I'll see where it goes from here

I also have one sheet where each number is highlighted on the same line, color coded with a red line connecting the powerballs, this is the bell curve chart as described in previous posts by kbcherokee (thanks for that tip chief!)... I have only begun to see how this chart helps identifying out-of-position repeats.

Technically, a decade analysis should help reduce the possible values of X by position. hmm, lottoking, you may be onto something here...Studying decades helps reduce the possibilities of the first number (but leaves plenty of possibilities), I haven't even considered converting the PB data into LD's... So a pass at decades for the major spread of the numbers (e.g. how many in the teens/twenties, etc...) followed by a pass at the LD's to help fine-tune the numbers and drastically reduce the rang... If so, what do you do to predict the LD? is it based on remainders like your other formula?
