			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am wondering if powerball and mega millions have ever thought about a merge of the two games to create one mass lottery for the U.S.  It could be possible by 2010 to have every state ratify their constitutions to allow one large multi-state lottery to operate in the U.S.  You could call it  Superball lotto  or  powermillions  or  megaballs .  Raise the odds to reflect the countries playing base and jackpots would grow into the atmosphere.  Just a thought</p>]]></description>
