i forgot to tell yall . most of the time if the systems down that means your area is picked to have winning quickpicks dispensed as an incentive., so, the mgr shuts the machine off so you cant win and they get the winning quickpicks. the system is down is a bunch of crapola!!!!!!!!11 the store operator will get a call from the lotto office informing them of the situation , and the owners or managers will punch up about 25 quickpicks then shutoff their machine. areawide this will happen.

yes. someone , a mathmatician told me i neede a mainframe to sti=op the bracelet. 5 years ago he said this. now, speeds are fster on laptops and i believe we have portable mainframes. banking software will crack it. a hacker could crack it. southwestern bell could crack it. all these people could crack it because they use the software which is needed on a daily basis.

Well I am going to give you my Idea of what it is.Just a guess as I am not a computer programmer but it looks like a code for sign on data verification. Put in the correct info your store terminal gets hooked up to the master terminal. You get this ticket back after terminal sign in completion.

ok. whenever i sign on at 6am each day i get this ticket for years/ which says at the bottom destroy this reciept . at the top it says julian and in between are the numbers ive posted beginning with 063 etc................./ the same numbers each day at all texas lotto retailers. i took the liberty when i went racing greyhounds 500 miles away in harligen texas, to ask the mgr if i could watch her sign on and she let me and her machine did the exact same thing and replicated the exact same tic... ok. first off you make sure there are no nines at all.k?then you add the first two numbers.whatever number you come up with, from then on you subtract, subract, subtract.k?add the first two.from then on subtract. if your final sum is the same as your very last number on your right, of the security code..............its a winner for four numbers!!!!!!!!!!! negative subraction counts. pos and neg

yes, i won four numbers.the ticket was an exchange ticket cause, as you can see, i bought it for several draws. so whenever i won, i got paid, and they still ahd to re-issue me a new ticket to finish off my plays. i won using the security code on the same numbers played.but on a previous game...............security codes . in other words. on wednesday, my security code on my ticket was 018472so i didnt win. but.the code tells me its almost next in line. for 4 or more numbers. because it didnt
