Gee...am I psychic or what....Back when Rebecca took TN, I said that there were only two people with the qualifications that GA would be looking for....Margaret DeFrancisco in NY and Penny Kyle in VA. Now that they have chosen Margaret, it's time to play Musical Lottery Chairs again....Looking at the field, I think if Penny wants it, she will be the front runner, due to experience and qualifications. Everyone else is too new or has too little experience.

Good riddance to her. Hopefully the coming NY lottery director will push for a 50% prize return in Lotto, the right to choose cash/annuity AFTER winning, and the end of scratch games paying the top prize over X years with no cash option.
