My Capitol Hill insider buddy says that may be coming.  Good game, except states set payoffs for high profit, but could make it more player friendly if they choose.  They don&#x27;t. If you live in Pa.  You know that the lottery never gets it right the first time.  And if they do, the game gets scrapped.  Again, would prefer hot lotto over powerball. Actually bought a ticket when I went to Atlantic City, never cashed in a $3 winner.  Jack Pot 1 in 10,000,000 or so.  Guaranteed BIG.  The same format was used by MUSL in some states, (W.Va. was one) different amount of numbers (17 sets instead of 21). Was called Cash 4 life, if I remember right. I&#x27;ve gotten away from playing Powerball every week this year and now seem to find myself only buying it when it goes over $100 Million. The Ironic thing was it replaced both the Keystone Jackpot game  (6/33+1/33) which would have been better if the low end prizes were bigger, like $2 for Key Ball and 1, and $3 for Keyball and 2. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>We really should probably withhold judgement until we see the actual posted odds from the PA Lottery and really get a chance to digest the rules.Frankly, I applaud the PA Lottery for trying unusal rules with it&#x27;s games. As a PA player I feel like I have a choice in the different types of games we can play. Cash 5 is a very good 5/39 game. Powerball is the best multi-state game (in my opinion). When they added the Bonus ball and stopped paying for a match3 they reduced the amount of winning combinations from 260,624 to 31,024.  The different ways to win went up and so did the odds, they tried to confuse more ways to win with more chances to win and they aren&#x27;t the same.RJOh</p>]]></description>
