There is always the chance with these kind of things it's building up to a big payoff once enough people are playing and get paid back the offer expands to big money that vanishes. There can be no legitimate way a person or company can borrow $100. lose it playing lottery and then pay you back over and over again unless it is to build trust for a bigger scam.

Hey, No I am not at all the owner of this site. I was just curious to what you guys thought about the site. I had the same inclination that it was too good to be true. I was reading their forum and it seems as though people are satisfied, but I guess those posts could be fake. I appreciate the comments I just wanted your opinions, and I thank you guys for that

Has anyone seen the website: http://www.guaranteed-lotto.comReally unique system, with no losers. I don't know exactly how they do it but they refund all ticket purchases after a winner is declared. My buddy has been playing it for the past week or so, and seems really great. They aren't a scam, since he has been refunded.
