			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually PB never promised super jackpots. It was MM in their ads that promised jackpots of $350+ Mil and they haven&#x27;t even been able to crack $200 Mil. PB cracked $200+ Mil twice in 2003.I don&#x27;t know about you but I&#x27;d call $200+ Mil pretty super.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>According to the individual state winners page on powerball.com there are two winners.  One ticket was sold in Pennsylvania, while the other ticket was sold in South Carolina.   Now the Main Page has not confirmed it yet, but if their stat page is correct, there will be no roll over.   Whatever happened to these supper jackpots they promised a year ago.</p>]]></description>
